Brian Krolick, President of Southern Designs, is a Certified General Contractor in the state of Florida. He has over twenty years of experience in the construction industry and is knowledgeable in all facets of the building process.

From the foundation to the finishing touches, quality materials are used throughout each home.

We will build on your lot or ours; will build your plan or ours and customize to meet your needs. We build in Orange and Osceola Counties.

Projects include homes in the communities of Northshore, located in St. Cloud, Florida, off Bass Hwy
